Please read these policies:
BOOKING POLICY: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required when scheduling an appointment. This deposit applies to the full amount of the service, but can be transferred to a new date.
CANCELLATION POLICY: To avoid charges, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge of the service fee. Same-day cancellations, same-day reschedules, and no-shows will result in a full service charge. The $50 deposit is transferable to another appointment as long as changes are made within the 24-hour window.
RUNNING LATE? More than 15 minutes late without contact may result in a cancellation fee.
WALK-INS POLICY: Walk-ins do not require a deposit. Payment can be made in cash or card upon arrival and is subject to same-day availability. To qualify as a walk-in (no deposit required) you need to want a session within 30-minutes or less. Call ahead to check availability.
