Please read these policies:
BOOKING POLICY: A $50 deposit is required to reserve your appointment when booking online or over the phone.
This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service, and is transferable to a new appointment date when changes are made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Deposits are non-refundable and may be transferred with proper notice.
CANCELLATION POLICY: To avoid charges, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment time will incur a 50% charge of the service fee. The $50 deposit is applied towards this charge.
Same-day cancellations, same-day reschedules, and no-shows will result in a 100% charge of the booked service.
WALK-INS POLICY: Walk-ins do not require a deposit. Payment can be made in cash or card upon arrival and is subject to same-day availability. To qualify as a walk-in (no deposit required) you need to want a session within 30-minutes or less. Call ahead to check availability first.
