Michala took such great care of me with several Flow Post-Surgical Lymphatic Drainage massages after my cosmetic surgery. These massages helped with swelling, fluid retention and eased my discomfort and pain post-op … Michala and her staff ensured my safety and privacy as well. They treated me with great respect and kindness. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Our Lymphatic Drainage Massage Process

Pre‑Session Prep
We ask new clients to complete a short health intake form before their lymphatic drainage massage. This helps us understand your goals—whether you're feeling puffy, sluggish, need to relax, want general lymphatic system wellness, or looking to support circulation and lymph detoxification. Returning clients have a quick check-in to note any changes or new areas of concern. Dress comfortably and stay hydrated before your session. Every lymphatic massage is gentle, intentional, and tailored to your body’s lymphatic needs that day.

01

The Treatment
Undress to your comfort level and get cozy on the warm lymphatic massage table. For flow lymphatic drainage massage, our therapists use light, rhythmic strokes to encourage fluid movement. We’ll focus on areas like the face, neck, chest, arms, abdomen, and legs, depending on your needs. The lymphatic massage technique is always gentle and it promotes relaxation. You can request complimentary comforts like heating pads, a weighted blanket, eye pillow, or calming aromatherapy—just let us know what helps you relax.

02

Post‑Manual Lymph Drainage Care
After your flow lymph drainage treatment is finished, we’ll share simple, supportive tips to help your body continue clearing and rebalancing—like staying hydrated, wearing loose-fitting clothes, moving your body, and gentle self-care practices. These small steps can enhance the important benefits of your session and help support your lymphatic system between massage sessions. If you're working towards self-care or ongoing relief, we recommend that you rebook before you leave to keep your progress on track.

We suggest arriving with your garments off. If you need help with this, we suggest that you bring someone with you to assist with this. We can help, as well.
